Source: Samuel K. Burlum, CEO and President and Green Tech Company, Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc. continues to debate the allegations made by the New Jersey State Agency and will head into a contest in court Summer of 2016. Burl um and Company continue to assert their affirmed defenses in both court of law and in the court of public opinion.

Oldenburg, New Jersey, December 22, 2015

Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc., currently located in Oldenburg, New Jersey, and its CEO and President Samuel K. Burl um, have been embattled in a heavy contest of debate with the New Jersey Bureau of Securities over a list of allegations it published in the public media October 2014. Burl um and Company had tried to settle with the State agency, ending in many failed attempts, with both sides not willing to settle on concessions that would bring this matter to a close. With the matter still standing, it is scheduled to be heard in administrative court late June 2016.

Burl um, the Company, and many of its Shareholders (investors) have grown tired by the abusive tactics and bad faith demonstrated by the agency in the past year and two months. Shareholders have expressed their support for the Company and their CEO in a series of notarized letters, and condemn the actions of the State Agency. Letter can be reviewed here

“Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc. and I, continues to assert and affirm our defenses in this matter,” says Samuel K. Burl um, CEO for Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc., ” as the Company and I look to have this matter heard in both a Court of Law and in the Court of Public Opinion.”

“Many investors have also expressed their disgust and frustrations with the New Jersey Securities Bureau and Attorney General’s office, in which they are angered by the State’s actions, claiming it is the state which has put their investment in jeopardy. Extreme Energy Solutions Announces Launch of its New Research and Development Division, E-Tech Performance

Source: Having years of experience in the fields of green tech, alternative fuel technology, and technical service processes, Extreme Energy Solutions establishes new Company division in furthering its next up and coming automotive innovation.

Ogdensburg, NJ.  August 11, 2015

It’s rare a company is able to recoup its losses associated with research and development of new products or services. According to the article, “Brand Flops,” published by Forbes Magazine, March, 31, 2010, well over 95% of new products introduced to the market fail according to research conducted by AcuPoll.

Putting into perspective that statistic, only 5% of all cost, financial and labor hours, associated with research and development are ever recouped in the through the commercialization of a product or service.

However it seems the green tech company, Extreme Energy Solutions, seems to have unique formula for beating the statistics. Since 2010, the Company has commercialized the majority of the products it has launched under its stewardship, having five active product/service lines of the seven it had introduced to the market.

Among the top performers are the product-service lines of Smart Emissions Reducer, Extreme Kleaner, and Extreme Xtra Fuel Treatments. Extreme Energy Solutions has also begun to distribute H2O Energy Flow (bottled water from Wisconsin), and continues to offer finance options of its technology via Fleet Worx Leasing.

Eager to capitalize on all the knowledge it acquired from its early days as a third party research and development consulting company; Extreme Energy Solutions was able to find a use for all of the data and research related to alternative fuel delivery systems and technologies for the transportation and auto industry.

Extreme Energy Solutions recently established E-Tech Performance, an entity founded with the intent to develop solutions for bridging the gap between hardware and software dedicated for use in the automotive industry. The company has three products under development of E-Tech, including E-Missions Automotive Intelligence, a software product concept with the intent to solve the challenge of allowing new emissions equipment to operate in cinque with the current automotive vehicle products offered by car manufactures today.

Samuel K. Burlum, CEO of Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc. explains…

“When we were a third party research entity, we discovered there was a need for a solution that would help hardware technology to be more adaptable to the current automotive platforms offered from vehicle manufacturers.

We observed many inventors whom would try to get the vehicle to react to their technology, when they should have been doing the opposite; they should have been tailoring their technology to the actual needs of the vehicle,” continued Burlum

Establishing E-Tech Performance will allow for us to continue our research in this area of expertise, in developing our three phases of our future product line associated with emissions reduction, fuel efficiency, and engine performance, in a software platform that might be able to someday be offered to engine and vehicle manufactures.

The other option is to develop tools and a platform that will allow for aftermarket devices to become more compatible with pre-existing conditions in which such devices or apparatuses must contend with. We see both options as a possibility and viable, however they are both long term strategies and such products are not developed and released overnight.”

E-Tech Performance LLC is a division of Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc., whereas the parent (Extreme) owns the majority of the start-up entity. The entity is still in its very early phases having less than 9 months in existence. E-Tech will still need additional funding dedicated to their assigned projects, staffing, and management. At this time, it is sharing services with Extreme to save cost.

E-Tech Performance will also offer consulting services to other inventors and developers in the same space. E-Tech’s key asset is its former research and data from Extreme’s early days as consultants to a company that dabbled in HHO technology, as well as its relationships and access to testing laboratories.

“Offering these services will help fund critical research needed for product development,” added Burlum, “Again on the product side, we are only in the concept phase, as I mentioned this is a long term and endeavor.”

“It was if we had to wait until the market caught up with our knowledge capital.”

E-Tech Performance’s overall goal is to develop a new engine management system aimed at helping the auto industry meet demands of emissions reduction initiatives while increasing fuel efficiency and performance of vehicles. E-Tech and its parent, Extreme, visions the platform as an option for engine and vehicle manufacturers to utilize in creating conditions where the software helps more of the “rubber to meet the road,” and for vehicles that utilize internal combustion engines to be more environmentally friendly.

“I used Extreme Kleaner on my light beige carpet. It was great. After directly spraying on the soiled spot and let set for about three minutes, I used a light colored cloth to message the area. The spot was totally gone. I detected no odor which is important for my allergies,” claimed Ms. White.

Montclair TVWe decided to put the product to one more test. Ogdensburg Company to Help Philly Go Green

March 12, 2013  Ogdensburg, NJ

Syndicated from The Advertiser News South-

ppa120The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) is attempting to become more environmentally friendly, while saving some green at the gas pump, with their vehicle fleet. A selected group of PPA vehicles have been chosen to be retrofitted with the SMART Emissions Reducer as a 90 day study, to see if the SMART Emissions Reducer will help the PPA lower harmful emissions of vehicles they already have on the road.

SMART Emissions Reducer offers the side benefit of fuel savings, assisting the PPA in some budget relief at the fuel pump. The trial began on March 11.

Extreme Energy Solutions Inc. of Ogdensburg and Corporate Partner SMART Air Fuel Saver LLC, has dispatched their top technical team to handle the initial installation of the devices.

Overseeing the project is John Primerano, Regional Representative for Extreme and Ken Henshaw, Fleet Manager for the PPA. Both teams will monitor the performance of the SMART device from an administrative and technical perspective, with input from the PPA, where officials will report back their fuel economy results.

Primerano, with Extreme Energy Solutions Inc., says, “Should the vehicles experience the expected lower emissions and fuel savings numbers, as the SMART devices have delivered in the past, it would be a major win for the City of Philly to have technology that can deliver real green benefits and aid in reducing City budget costs”. Primerano is also a resident of Philadelphia.

At the conclusion of the testing, emissions and fuel economy data will be reviewed. Upon completion of the review, the PPA will have an option to explore retrofitting their remaining fleet vehicles.

Extreme Energy Solutions Inc. CEO/President, Samuel K. Burlum, who also is the Vice President of SMART Air Fuel Saver LLC, said that he was looking forward in partnering with the City of Philadelphia in testing the SMART device.

“Our company is confident that the trial program will demonstrate positive results for the PPA, and are proud to partner with an agency that has taken the initiative to explore ways to lessen their carbon footprint, while saving taxpayer dollars,” said Burlum.

Philadelphia Parking Authority Field Testing New Pollution Control Device

March 13, 2013  Philadelphia, PA

Syndicated from CBS News 3 and 1060 AM News Philly-

thThe Philadelphia Parking Authority is testing a new filtering device that claims to reduce harmful emissions in the agency’s vehicles while improving fuel economy.

At the PPA’s fleet garage in Southwest Philadelphia this morning, CEO Samuel Burlum of North Jersey-based Extreme Energy Solutions pointed to one of the devices they are retrofitting in six PPA vehicles (photo).

The Smart Emissions Reducer is made in the USA, goes on the pollution control valve side of the engine.

“What we end up doing is we take crankcase emissions, pass it through the device which acts as a catalyst, and it reforms the material into usable fuel,” Burlum explained to KYW Newsradio.

Extreme Energy Solutions has lab-tested the “Smart Emissions Reducer,” which works like a catalytic converter, at the Roush Performance CenterBurlum says its clients are reporting a reduction in vehicle emissions by up to 50 percent or more, with at least a 5-10% increase in fuel economy.

The Parking Authority will take the Smart device on a 90-day test drive with the vehicles it retrofitted, and report back on their results. You can see the behind the scenes video/audio inteview at www.SamBurlum.com or by clicking here.

The device is being used in municipalities that have about 800 vehicles in Winnebago County, Illinois.  It’s being tested in Nevada, West Palm Beach, Fla., as well as on Yellow cabs in Pasadena, Calif.
