“We are very excited and humbled by this experience,” said Samuel Burlum, CEO/President of Extreme Energy Solutions Inc., “To be featured on such a forum brings great legitimacy to the value Extreme has created. The Today in America team has been great throughout the process of filming at our facility, an experience our staff and guest dearly enjoyed.”
Extreme Energy Solutions’ SMART Emissions Reducer was featured on the show. The SMART Emissions Reducer, Bradshaw said on the show, “This technology allows fuel emissions to be captured, and reintroduced into the combustion cycle, as an energy efficient renewable by-product, instead of harmful waste emerging from the tailpipe. When gas burns more completely, it takes less fuel to accomplish the same task. The engine runs cleaner, thus requiring less maintenance. And fewer emissions of pollutants, and greenhouse gas occur.”
Bradshaw added how the device works on all levels of road vehicles, as well as railroad engines, sea vessels, and equipment for heavy industry, construction, farming, and power generators. In sum, he said, “any internal combustion engine.”
Phil Sherman, Tech Support for Extreme Energy Solutions, said, “The SMART Emissions reducer is an easy to install, retrofit technology designed to be installed on the crankcase ventilation system that already exists on the car. By doing it this way, you can be on the production side of the engine, helping the engine burn its fuel, at the source.”
Bradshaw said counties and municipalities across the country, and commercial fleets and delivery vehicles, taxis, and limousines use the SMART Emissions Reducer, and taxis and limousines in New York City, under the jurisdiction of their NY City commission, have been approved to retrofit the unit in these types of vehicles.
Locally, Vernon Township is one of the muncipalities that has undergone a trial program with Extreme Energy Solutions. Click here for the previous article in The Alternative Press.
At the start of the trial, Vernon Township Mayor Victor Marotta said, “And this particular product, which is a fairly simple install on our vehicles, and a relatively inexpensive one, will definitely reduce emissions, and that is the primary benefit. From my point of view, although this is important, there seems to be a documentable increase in fuel efficiency. We, in Vernon Township, spend nearly $300,000 per year in gasoline for our vehicles. Based on the literature and experience that was presented to us, we can look for a reduction in the cost of the fuel, because fuel efficiency is definitely improved with the addition of the Smart Emissions Reducer.”
Marotta added, “There is no cost to Vernon Township, and that always indicates to me that you are dealing with a reputable company. When they are willing to make the kind of investment that they are making to run this pilot program, it tells me that they believe in their product. I have every reason to believe that the results will be as they have represented to us.”Ron Gaines, of R L Gaines Investments said, “My board of directors and I were looking for a company that shares the same philosophy when it comes to moving forward with green technology. What I mean by that is, we don’t need to reinvent the wheel, all we have to do is work with what is already available to us. Just make improvements, and enhance it.”
The township’s DPW director Dave Pullis said at the time the article was published, it was too soon to tell the results.
The Alternative Press of Sussex County will feature the results, and municipality’s decision about the product, in an upcoming article at the conclusion of Vernon Township’s 90-day trial, scheduled to end approximately November 25.
Other products featured on the show included Extreme Kleaner, “a non-toxic, biodegradable, ecologically-friendly cleaner, and degreaser available, for use in domestic, and commercial, and industrial settings,” Bradshaw explained on the show. He also spotlighted Extreme Energy Solutions Extreme Xtra Fuel Treatment, “an extra supplement product that enhances the combustion efficiency of a gas or diesel engine,” Bradshaw said.
Shannon Smith, a client from Virginia, who was filmed on location in Ogdensburg by Bradshaw’s crew, said of the SMART Emissions Reducer, “I have the SMART Emissions Reducer under the hood of my Toyota Highlander SUV. Since I’ve gotten this device installed, I’ve saved about 30 percent of my gasoline, so I’m very happy with that. And when I think this also reduces the carbon footprint, I’m even more happy.”
“Some of the most revolutionary, game-changing ideas have emerged from small firms,” said Bradshaw of local American companies, like Extreme Energy Solutions.
Bradshaw understands the importance of game-changing decisions and ideas, having been a former NFL great, and quarterback with the Pittsburg Steelers; according to his production company, he is first quarterback to win four Super Bowl Championships. Bradshaw, in addition to hosting “Today in America,” has also been a television commentator for CBS Sports, and Fox Sports, on ‘Fox NFL Sunday.”
The intermittent windshield wiper was a feature on cars Bradshaw highlighted on the show, noting a hobbyist created it in their basement, and Extreme Energy Solutions Products are all made in the U.S.A.
“The Today in America feature captures our complete story in a five minute segment,” Burlum concluded. “It resonates the positive message about the value Extreme Energy Solutions is creating for society and local communities. If there were more positive news entertainment forums about hopeful companies, there would be a very different attitude from the general public that there are companies out there that care, that want to make a difference, besides just making profit. Today in America has provided Extreme with that outlet.”
